Valkirija is a fetish shibari artist from Ukraine, and currently live in Vilnius, Lithuania. My shibari art work is a continuous exploration of erotic art as a ritual, a performance with acrobatics elements, and a form of intimate storytelling — where the rope becomes not only a medium of restraint, but of connection, liberation, and transformation.
Shibari is a language – a sensory dialogue expressed through the body. It is the art of transferring emotion and meaning through the rope, opening up the aesthetic-erotic nature of the composition and drawing the viewer into a living narrative of vulnerability, trust, and passion.
During EROS, you’ll have the chance to see contemporary performance art blending Japanese Shibari rope aesthetics with expressive movement. Themes include intimacy, surrender, presence, and the beauty of female body and connection.
